The best of Breakfast – 28 to 30 July
A short week due to illness, but still provided a great range of interviews and opportunities to go off script.
Euthanasia advocate Philip Nitschke was in the news again after being suspended by the Australian Medical Board. We’ve spoken before and most of the interview consisted of follow-up questions while still keeping to our talking points.
Something much lighter than euthanasia was the Compassion Camel Caravan. Sometimes all you need for a good interview is energetic talent, and Kamahl brought that in spades. We’ll follow his story over the next few months.
Going off script seemed to be the flavour of the week, especially with two improv comics taking part in Soap.
